Baal

Monday September 11 at 7:00PM

Baal is a poet. A murderer. He has an insatiable appetite and drinks too much. Baal likes a boy. Baal is afraid. Written by Bertolt Brecht when he was just 20 years old, Baal is the story of a provocative and daring young artist trapped by his own ambitions, hungry for new experiences, and a never ending desire to conquer it all.

This new investigative theatre piece tells the untold story of gays and lesbians living in Egypt today.
